Initially when I opened the preview, I felt my chest tighten up. Looking at such beautiful art made me seriously intimidated! How was I, a crafting novice (and definitely not an artist) supposed to make something this beautiful? As I continued to look through the preview, I felt my body relax and I found myself thinking, "Hey! Maybe I can do this!" I love the way how Jeanne broke the process down into different parts. Showing her process made it seem less daunting. For example, looking at her beautiful journal pages made me feel like I could never create anything similar. Then I saw the page where she showed how she laid out her items and it kind of clicked in. I also really appreciated the creativity ritual she describes. If you don't feel like an artist and creativity seems intimidating to you, a relaxing ritual can really help you out.
