I keep this book handy and pull it out for ideas and reference when I am journaling. I am intrigued with the idea of recycling old books because of this book, and am keeping eye out for the right one to use. Some of the methods I never would have ever thought of....like rust (!?!). How cool! I was never very committed to journaling until about a year ago, but have recently started journaling frequently. As an artist, this is a very unique and personal way to journal without necessarily all the writing. I feel this book provides good ideas and insight along with a few projects, to help loosen up your creativity. The cover of the book is what initially drew me to pick up and read it. Some of the ideas seem far flung, but isn't that the beauty of creating? It definitely has opened my eyes to be creative with what I have available. Thank you for providing me with.this book!
