Not all of us are born with artistic talent. Some of us have the desire to create beautiful things but need some inspiration and guidance. This book is both beautiful and helpful. It guides you through each project, letting you use things you have on hand to create a beautiful art journal. There are plenty of projects to try, and really no way to fail. I have often stared at a page, wanting to make something significant but just not knowing where to start. The ideas for where to go for inspiration and how to proceed are so helpful! We’ve all seen the “project fails” where we try to duplicate something we see online and end up with a mess. This is not that kind of guide! My daughter and I have truly enjoyed using this book as a help to get us started with our own art journal. And if you don’t want to start your own, the book is beautiful all by itself!
