Believe me, that is something that has never happened in my life! When I finish, I am reluctantly passing this on to my daughter. The book is broken down into different sections. She offers all kinds of ideas and enlightenment. Whatever your mood is, once you start this, you will start feeling the happiness the author has bestowed upon you.
