The Painted Art Journal is a comprehensive guide to learning a new craft and, in the process, discover something about your own life history. The author does a good job of introducing the concept, as well as the tools the reader might need for their visual displays. Creative but not particularly artistic, I personally am interested in seeing how the author is able to spark ideas for a myriad of readers. I would seek The Painted Art Journal out if I was to see it on the bookstore shelves or at the library.
