At 62 I have been thinking about my story..passing on my life, and how important it is to pass on that of my parents and grandparents..to my wonderful grandchildren, and to give me life to their children. It suddenly becomes important as you start to age. This would be such a lovely way to do that. This book is so beautifully done and the suggestion it gives brings out the creative part of me. The instructions on how to find your story help to take the fear we all have when trying to find what it is we want to say. This makes me excited to get started!
