I actually finished this book about a week ago, but it has taken me some time to piece my thoughts together, and pen a review.
I did enjoy this book. It took me a few more pages than normal to get into it. But once I was hooked, I could not put it down! The main character made some, mildly, unbelievable choices, but you continue to root for her. I wanted to reach in through the pages, and show her all the red flags glaring from miles away as she enters this relationship with this guy. But it was a book, so I wasn't able to, lol.
Anyway, I don't want to get much more into the story, as I don't want to give anything away, but I will say that if you are a fan of psychological thrillers, give this one a try. This was a great debut from Sandie Jones, and I look forward to see what she comes out with next!
