Emily meets Adam in a bar and he seems perfect. He's fun, handsome and she's smitten by him. Emily and Adam are spending most of their time together and her best friend, Seb, wants to meet him. Seb starts asking questions and Adam is uncomfortable and evasive (red flag?). The relationship between Emily and Adam reaches the point of meeting his mother. Adam seems a bit off and Emily begins to wonder why he's so mysterious.
The cover and title are marvelous. I'm not sure how they fit into the story at this point. I enjoyed reading the chapters provided and felt the situation to be believable. This story grabbed me immediately and I'm looking forward to finding out how it turns out.
