I was so excited to finally get to sit down and read this debut novel by Sandie Jones. This is a twisty tail of girl meets boy, girl falls in love with boy, and then girl meets boy's mother Pammie.
Emily has it all, a good job, fun friends and then she meets Adam. Yes the across the bar meeting was a little cliche to me, but other than that this book moved forward in an very original flow. When Emily thinks that she has found and fell in love with the love of her life she had no idea how hard it would be to be in a relationship with a mommas boy. And when that momma is out to get rid of you and keep you away from her son life gets real interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed this story, but be warned the ending will leave you going "What the heck just happened ".
