This was a very entertaining thriller but the “reveal” at the end was just so outlandish and unrealistic, it really ruined the book for me. The narrator is also SUPER annoying...after the first like 15% of the book I was wondering why on earth she was still with this man???!! This lady also CRIES so damn much, like if you’re that upset all the time, please change your life honey!
I still gave this 3 stars because even though I was really frustrated with the protagonist character, and the ending sucked, it definitely was still very engaging and the author made me want to keep turning the pages until I found out how everything would unfold. Even though I didn’t enjoy this one that much, I look forward to reading more from Jones.
