I was a little confused by the start of the book when she got her glass of rose and what she did for a living. It was scattered and could not make sense of what was going on at the bar. It started to make sense as soon as she spoke with Seb. Although there was no romantic interest they see the best of you and when they give you an honest opinion of your outfit they put a positive spin on it. It is not your best I think this shows off etc. They can criticize you with kindness.
