What a FANTASTIC debut novel by Mrs. Jones! I, literally, could not put this book down. I think the reason I loved this novel is because of all the emotions it had me going through. I found myself irritated with Em and just wanted her to get a back bone.....then there is Pammie, she made me red hot with anger with how she treated Em. And a little part of me was hoping for James and Em to end up together. Then there is the ending...only word that comes to my mind about that is WOW! How easily the most hated character, for me, became the hero! It takes a good author to write characters that the reader feels so strong about. Thank you Sandie Jones, and keep writing these books!
