This, again, isn’t a thriller, not even a domestic thriller, it’s a cheap romance book with a «thrilling» twist, something I know to brand/classify as «housewives thriller» (trying to start or name a new genre here). This book is the reason why domestic thriller genre has such a bad overall view, when they are actually very good one. I get why people would like it, but to classified it as a thriller is misleading. If you love romance and when something a bit, a very thin bit, darker then that should do it, but if you love thriller and dark/weird twist then stay await from this one. It’s all depending what you’re looking for! I would put this author in the same category has Karen Hamilton or Rebecca Fleet, so this might help you understand the sub-genre.
