Let me start by saying this is the second book by the author that I have read, and by far my favorite of the two! It is considered a thriller and this one did have some twists and suspenseful moments. I honestly liked The Other Woman more than I thought I would because the last book I read by the author (The Half Sister) was also tagged as a psychological thriller but it was just a family drama.
A woman meets a man and is going to marry him if "the other woman" does not get in that way first. The "other woman" is his Mom, believe it or not. As you read, you not only question her, but also the relationship her partner has with his mother.
When I got to the end of the story and everything started coming together, I thought it would be nice to go back and read it now that I am all-knowing about the characters, plot, etc... I think that is the mark of a good book! I will definitely read more by this author.
