This novel kept me reading. It was an interesting thriller about a girl who has fallen in love. Emily thinks she has met the man of her dreams however she never counted on the mother in law. Emily is an extremely likeable and strong character. She is determined to make her relationship work. She does everything in her power to make her boyfriend happy and really wants his mother to like her. His mother though seems to only care about her son and what he wants. Emily begins to believe that Pammie will go to any lengths to sabotage her relationship. I enjoyed this novel and really wanted to see how it ended up. The ending however did leave me with some questions and I wished more was explained.
