Holy buckets, that ending. This book was a one-sitting read for me. I could not put it down and was on the edge of my seat while reading. The characters are great with Pammie being a wonderful antagonist that I loved to hate. This book reminded me of the novels I've read from B.A Paris in its suspense.

Emily meets Adam, the man of her dreams and falls head over heels in love with him. Their relationship is perfect with one exception, his mother Pammie. I loved the quiet way in which Pammie plays the antagonist. This book made me uncomfortable in the absolute best way as we see Adam and Emily's relationship go from picture perfect to strained and finally reveal the jaw-dropping final twist.
