Small red flags, nothing of shocking concern.

Story stated out interesting of Emily attending a seminar with colleagues at a hotel and meets a stranger who buys her drink. Emily and Adam (no longer a stranger) hit it off and spend a lot of time together where her gay bestfriend Seb is concerned and meets him. One or two red flags by Adam when Emily goes with him to meet his mom and some other clues while glancing at a photo album and Adam's reaction when his mom states that he will always be her handsome boy, but otherwise appears to be a straightforward romance, which we know it is not based on the genre.
