The prologue starts off a little cliché in an ominous way, and then chapter one goes in a completely different direction - a rather mundane meeting of the story's couple. The evolution of their romance happens quickly in terms of devoting storyline to it, so it doesn't pull me in as much as it could. The first few "off" moments occur, but it would really take reading more of the story to tell if it's building up well or if those moments seemed forced.
