What an absolutely FUN first look! I was taken in by this excerpt almost immediately, loving the good humor behind the writing and the setting. It's Camelot with familiar names and familiar storylines, but with some twists on the legends here and there. I particularly loved the Arthur and the sword in the stone scene, and I'm so intrigued by Emry.
This looks to be a very promising fun novel!
I wish the cover were a bit stronger, maybe not with an actual person on it and with a different font; I normally wouldn't give a cover like this a second glance.
