I thought the cover was very interesting for the book and stuck out to me. The writing style pulled me right in from the start. I like how easy of a read it is and it built the story up for a bit with the current situation before it went back to the past. I liked the world building. I was able to easily imagine myself in the characters shoes. It was a very good start and is unpredictable. Even after reading the beginning I am completely lost as to why she finds herself in this situation and what the resolution will be. The fact that you cannot guess why and how it will resolve with the sample, I believe it us very well written. The flash backs to the past make you understand the character and her world better although I am still unsure why the character has mental health issues and sees a therapist. I think that will be a big part of what is truly going on for the story.
