This book opens with a teenager who suddenly realizes she is all alone in the world. She’s out for a walk and was off to make”the jump” which is a tradition in her town. But suddenly something feels eerie and wrong. And that’s when she notices that there are no cars on the road, no people around, and no one answering her texts. She goes home and finds no one in her house but the cars are still there. Did everyone in her town just disappear? Or everyone in the world? And if they did, how can she bring them back?
