This was a really good first impression. The writing was very interesting with short chapters switching between past and present. The short chapters helped relay the desperation and confusion the character is going through. The story is also very interesting and reminds me of an old Twilight Zone episode. The cover is dark and plain but not terrible. But this looks like a great read!
