Firstly, I absolutely LOVE the cover. Without even reading the book's description, potential readers get an impression of what the story is about. Showing multiple houses with no lights on, and no visible people except one gives an impression of what the story is about.
The synopsis is intriguing. Young Adult novels are not always books that adults find interesting enough to want to read. However, THE ONLY GIRL IN TOWN sounds like a book that readers of all ages will enjoy.
