After reading the expert, I could not wait to get my hands on this book. I loved getting to know Olivia and Finn. Olivia, or Livvy as she is referred to by her friends, was a joy to learn more about. I found it really interesting that she loved photography and had a slight rebellious streak in high school. Finn was a mystery to me and it was awesome to get to learn more about him, especially about when he was with Livvy in high school. I think I had misunderstood some previous context and it wasn't until later in the novel did I realize he wasn't dating anyone else when he was dating her. I really enjoyed how they reminisced on the lighter, better parts of high school and it was interesting to see how that played out in present day. Some parts of the story and dialogue felt clunky to me, but overall I enjoyed reading.
