This book has a lot going on. By that I mean there is school shootings, romance, anxiety, and everything in between. How do they fit all of that in such a small book?
This follows two people who were kind of together in high school and survived a mass shooting. They come back and do a documentary of that day and what they felt. From there they seem to reconnect and start processing the feelings and anxiety that still follow them as adults.
I love the cover and the book is quite a good read if you can get past all of the dark points. I do warn that there is a fair amount of triggers for some people in this book. Not for those who want just a solid romance but for those who want something more.
