From only the blurb, right away you know this book is going to be an emotional ride. The main characters, Liv and Finn, are survivors of a school shooting that occurred twelve years ago, and both characters are still reeling from the traumatic event. The author does a terrific job writing, creating a melancholy setting that feels authentic.
I'm eager to read about the characters, and find out just how they've all been affected by the shooting. I'll definitely be checking out the book when it's released.
