The Ones We're Meant to Find was the story of a sci-fi society and two sisters and the environment. Kasey Mizuhara is a STEM Prodigy from the eco-city, a place built for those who protected the planet, and those who wanted to protect the humans on the planet. These cities provide fresh air to the cities and with the rise in global warming, there is more and more unclean air in the world, Kasey loves the solidarity of the city. Her sister, Celia hated it and was living on an island.
I loved the inclusion of the sisters, I felt this added to the story and the switching point of view made the reader want to know more about both sisters and what their situation was. I loved the connection to global warming. I loved this book!!
