This book was a mentally visual experience for me. I loved how the author used their writing to paint a picture of where the story is taking place. The cover helped to initiate that visual experience. It is very beautiful and played a role in influencing me to pick up this book in the first place. I enjoyed the characters and reading about their relationship and their journey back to each other. The twists and turns were interesting to read. I was kept on the edge of my seat and guessing what was going to happen and how the book would end. At times, the book could be dark, painful, and emotional. It didn’t bother me, I found it helped to enhance the reading experience. Overall, I would recommend this book to a science fiction fan who enjoys reading about reunion journeys. I think a lot of people would be able to appreciate this book and enjoy reading it.
