Dystopian/Sci-Fi is making a comeback after a few year hiatus of Hunger Games and Maze Runners. Beginning the story off with our protagonist Cee who is attempting a way off a mysterious island with her fleeting memories and android. She knows one thing, and it's that she needs to find her sister.
In only the few chapters I've read the lyrical writing and world building kept me hooked. We don't know much as we unfold the story with the characters themselves but it's enough to appreciate what we do know. Itching for the inevitable reunion that'll no doubt wreck me emotionally and mentally. The bond between the sisters tangible as they navigate what's left of a world due to human destruction. Not only a story about sisters but an analysis on a world that is possible if we continue on with our destructive ways. I cannot wait to see how this story unfolds!
