The sneak peek really drew me in. The author has a writing style that easily captures the readers and entrances them. The book cover made me think this was book was going to be one with diverse characters and have some insight on culture which I really really want. I've have the authors previous book: Descendants of the Crane, on my TBR ever since my instagram blew up with how good it was so seeing her name on the book really solidified my need to read it.
