This book ticks several boxes for me. I'm trying to read more books that are out of my comfort zone. Science-Fiction is not a genre that I typically gravitate towards, but I have been wanting to read different books lately. There have been several science fiction books that have pulled me in. I like the set up of this new world. I want to see more of it and more of the sisters. I want to see them get back together.
I'm also trying to read more books by authors of color. I have been doing a bit better, but I always could do better.
I'm genuinely interest in this book and think it will be a popular book when it comes out later in the year.
