I read Joan He's "The Ones We're Meant to Find" on BookishFirst as a First Impression. There were two chapters, each one focusing on a different sister. The first chapter focuses on Cee, who appears to be living on a cabin on the beach with a robot as her only companion. She also mentions Hubert, but he turns out to be a boat she is trying to build. Then the next chapter is about Kacey, who is having a party. And becomes uncomfortable when her sister is brought up. The two chapters leave you hanging, definitely wanting more.
