I love Joan He and Descendant of the Crane, so when this gorgeous cover caught my attention, I wasn't surprised to see another beautiful book from this author. And this was equally as beautiful as the mentioned book. I love this idea of a futuristic world. Even greater is the mystery that is laced into each word. I love the idea of a cursing android who defines the curse word. And with just a few pages, Ms. He so nicely paints a desolate world that makes the reader curious about how Cee has gotten to where she currently is. I love that we get perspectives from both sisters (or are they really?) and even though I'm only two chapters in, I am so invested in both of their stories. I absolutely, positively cannot wait to read the rest. May (the month) come quicker please!
