I love any book based during WWII. The strength these women must have had amazes me. I am in awe of the risks they put themselves in to save other, strangers they didn't even know. The was brought our so many people who were willing to risk their own lives for those of others who were treated so horribly. The amount of courage it would take to do these things is beyond incredible. It makes me think of the choices I make on day to day basis ate so unimportant. I also question whether or not I could be strong enough to be so brave. I would like to think so, I know if it was for one of my children there would be no question, but for someone I don't know and will never meet? The war was such a horrible time and it is so amazing to hear these great stories of people who went above and beyond to save innocent people with true courage and bravery. It is just fascinating.
