The stories of survivors of the Holocaust are often tragic, heartbreaking and difficult to read, but they are some of the most important stories for us to share. This story of this group of women sounds like one that will also add the elements of hope, friendship and freedom. I would love the opportunity to read this and share this story with my friends and family, especially as we enter this season of empowering women, encouraging standing up for what you believe in and, more than anything, being accepting of others despite our differences.
