This is a powerful book. So often in history, certain marginalized groups don't ever have their voices heard. This is why I find books like this to be so impactful and powerful. It's a very interesting and somewhat heartbreaking look at women who played a huge role in history "behind the scenes". Definitely will be recommending this book to my history buff friends.
