This book follows the story of nine women during world war two. The nine women fought together in the resistance. They are then captured and sent to a labor camp. This book mostly follows their escape from their labor camp/death march and back to safe sides. The journey took 10 days to get back to safety. I love the story and how it is telling the untold story of resistance during the war.
