The first pages of Helene and her story were captivating. What a strong introduction into the stories of these women. Helene's bravery, despite her understanding the risks involved, are admirable. I can't wait to read more about the nine women and what they accomplished. The cover is also powerful and haunting and suggests a strong read ahead.
