What I didn't expect was how much I really liked the book. I thought it was a fast read and going between the characters was not confusing. I like the detail of the world and it makes it able to easily imagine being there. I have not read this author before but she reminds me of Ali Hazelwood and her quirky romances.
I found that I could relate to the main character and feel like I could be in that situation myself. I felt all the emotions that she was feeling. I really liked the cover of the book because I think it demonstrates the book and what to expect. While I have not heard of this authors other book, if it's anything like this one I need to read it! I like how there's a dilemma in the book and it makes you continue reading to see what happens. Overall I am so thrilled to have read this book and think it will go far. I look forward to reading more from this author.
