Elijah Ri will be interning at his father's huge tech company called Hanuel Corporation. Elijah comes from money and everything is pretty much taken care of for him. All he has to do is show up for this internship where he will get special treatment and will eventually make his way as the future CEO of this company.

Jessica Lee comes from a family who struggles financially. Her family makes a good amount of money, but she won't be going to a fancy school and her family makes just a little too much to receive financial aid. She will be interning at the same company her father works for. Her father isn't the biggest fan of the company, Hanuel Corporation, but a job is a job.

Jessica arrives to the airport early signs in using her Korean name, Yoo-Jin Lee, as it is on her passport. When she boards the plane, it is a nice first class seat with plenty of leg space. When Elijah boards the plane, he's all the way in the back, the last row to be exact, where he is sitting inbetween two people, one of them with a crying baby.

There has to be some sort of mistake! Especially when Jessica has a driver waiting for her to drive her to a nice brownstone. Elijah has to go in a van with all the other interns and they are all staying in the same small apartment. To get to work, Elijah and the interns have to take the subway to get to work while Jessica is driven to work.

I really enjoyed reading this book as it was cute, but pretty realistic. Jessica and Elijah obviously live totally different lives during their internship and outside of their internship. Both appreciated certain aspects of how they are living during their internship.
