So, it is very clear from the start that our main characters are coming from very different worlds, so I can't wait to see those worlds collide. I feel like Jessica will be more sympathetic, but that Elijah will grow on us for sure. But I love Jessica's attitude so far, and how excited she is for the opportunity. Even though the excerpt was pretty short, it is clear from the synopsis that these two will be seeing a lot more of each other!
