When I began reading, I was drawn in pretty quickly by the authenticity of Jessica's mentions of her anxiety throughout & her overall tone while she went through the airport. I'm certainly curious how this whole internship experience will pan out for her being that thus far she has painted a very clear picture of someone sheltered, naïve, & in for an eventful summer! Elijah on the other hand seems like someone with a lot more life experience, but like it or not appears to have had a lot handed to him & is thusly shaped because of it. Mentioning not even having to wipe your own ass can leave people with that impression of you ¯\_(ツ)_/ ¯
