Love that the book takes place in the south!

I doubt there is a family from the South, present company included, that isn't some form of dysfunctional. It comes with the culture. All that Southern pride. And there are probably skeletons in your closet, especially if your Southern.
I loved the flow of the story and the writing is so descriptive! The characters are quite interesting. The plot in the sample makes me just have to have more. What's going to happen to Walden???? I have to know!!
