The Myth of Perpetual Summer is a book that I would definitely pick up if I found it at a bookstore. Not only is the cover intriguing, the fact that it winds the story through the mid-twentieth century is appealing to me. After reading the excerpt, I can't wait to finds out what happens to the main character and her siblings.
