This book is already very atmospheric and interesting, really makes you want to read more. The writing is good as well, it flows well without being too overly flowery. The way the book has begun to tackle issues like homophobia and misogyny has already begun to resonate with me, and I'm interested in reading more! It seems like this book will have a few nice moments, but will mostly be pretty bleak with a sad ending, which I'm absolutely here for.
