It almost physically pains me to read about a world like this, because it's something I could see happening in the future. I'm reading this during Pride Month, as sea levels are rising and wildfires are raging in Canada. And what desperate act would it take to convince people that the two are related and institute control? But I'd love to see these girls take their power back.
