This is not my normal type of read but as you know, I like reading anything. And this book doesn’t disappoint. It was so nice to be swept back in time and experience new places. This is definitely swoon worthy. To me, this would be such a magical experience. I’ve always wanted to be on a ship out at sea. But I could only imagine how rough things could get also. There were so many hardships and sickness that was faced. They didn’t have the medical supplies and knowledge we now have or protection from the elements. This book makes me stop and think about all the stuff I take for granted. I look forward to reading the next book in this series. It is about pirates. I love pirates.
