The cover drew me in as I love romance and novels about the founding of America. That this one is based on research and true accounts is all the better. Right away I was drawn to each character and what drew them to the Mayflower and the New World. From Elizabeth's doubts and fears, Dorothy's sense of adventure and excitement, and William's chance at a new life and a new beginning, to Peter's disappointment of not being chosen to journal and report to those who backed this voyage, and his underhanded desire to change that. Cannot wait to read what is in store for each and all of them!
