I spent much of my adolescence with my nose stuck in the 'Dear America' books, learning about life in various time periods and historic events through the eyes of a girl my own age. Reading the excerpt from 'The Mayflower Bride' brought me back to those days, only this one is written for adults. I quite enjoyed it and will likely purchase a hard copy when it becomes available.
