From the First Look, I wouldn't go for this book. There's no action at all, no hint of plot, just an ambitious girl. And really, who isn't ambitious? Going by the excerpt, I expect this book to be rather boring and typical. Just a teen ending up as something they never expected, and facing adversaries along the way.
